On a cut and trying to maintain muscle. Lifting and cardio5-6 days per week, lower carb, medium EFA'S, high protein(obviously).

Would 25 mg VAR/day help with maintaining strength/muscle as well as HELP cut the fat? (I have read that VAR helps get rid of fat in the mid section)

BTW. some of the responses on here to people that bump or ask silly questions are hilarious...
 
50mg-100mg would be better but nothing will burn fat from the mid section only as you cant target fat loss.
 
yes also taking supps like drive, anabolic pump, multi, b complex, etc. as well as test about 400mg per week and i know you cant spot reduce however i have seen some write up that state that VAR HELPS with losing fat more in the mid section

Some people are different - I don't recommend starting between 50-100mg simply due to cost reasons.

I personally am using 40mg ED alongside 500mg test e....I'm getting GREAT results and it's only the end of week 3. On the other hand, I seem to react highly to all compounds. Start it out at 30-40 IMO.
 
Take lipoflame and ZIP. Those two are supposed to be great for ripping up. Even some of the top people have been saying that. Stack that with a great diet and you're looking to lean pretty quickly.

If your an average male around 200lbs 40-60mg daily would be better.
