I do international modeling and need to build a little more muscle in the arm areas after doing some research on anavar it seems to have the least amount of sides and would be most effective for what I want to accomplish. Does anyone have any input on that or have any of you used anavar before.

Same comment - you can probably accomplish what you want to w/ diet & training - no idea what your "work" schedule is if you have time off to run a bulker and build that muscle you need -- usually if you are not coming from a strong lifting background and make your first pass at really training & dieting you can build muscle fairly easily. Not knowing your background as far as that, I'm only going to say that var is, of all the AAS you can look at, the most predictable, most mild, lightest sides - however w/ the caveat that you need to be exactly sure of what "brand" or whatever supplier you have is clean, dosed correctly and is actually var, and then how YOU specifically respond to it. And all of that subject to well-established diet & training - not just you get ahold of some var and all of a sudden you have more muscle. Know both the results & sides you could anticipate.

This is something that I encounter several times/week when counselling girls on fitness. Countless women wanting to use Winstrol or Anavar to reach their goals... they HEARD how well it cuts up men lol

When you have women with 22%BF considering using an anabolic steroid its a great example of how ignorant the gym-culture really is.

Thank you bunny that is why I am researching it. How long do you normally run anavar at 10mg ED? I know it has a very mild liver toxicity so probally can be run longer than most orals. But what would you or anyone else suggest an effective anavar cycle would be? Thanks ladies.
 
Again, assuming your diet & training are spot on & already existing and you are aware of all the anticipated sides so you can be taking any additional anti-oxes & support items, start at 5 mg ED & see what your response/sides are for about 2 weeks. Then if its all good, increase to 10 mg ED, you can run for 8-12 weeks.

Update? I voiced my opinions - esp, the 'no magic pill' point of view.

I'll continue to work out with her. I'm going to support her on this, because I want to make sure she's doing this right. She's not the brightest girl, so I didn't want her taking like 50 mgs a day when it should be 10, etc etc.
