Anavar Question

Hello all-
New to this site and the use of enhancement drugs. I am a 26 year old male, 5'7" 150 pounds, been working out on a regular basis {5/6 days per week} for the last two years or so. I am looking to get a little more cut without gaining too much bulk. My friend suggested Anavar at 60 mg a day with 225 grams of protein. I did some research and it seems like Anavar will provide me with the results I am looking for without negative side effects. Wondering if anyone has had good/bad experiences with Anavar and has any advice regarding diet etc while on it? I have heard it can cause stomach cramps and other gastro problems- Thanks for your help!
 
If the only thing that you are looking for it to just "to get a little more cut without gaining too much bulk", then you don't need AAS.
I'm sorry and that is probably not what you want to hear, but those goals are achievable one anyone with adjustments to diet and training.
I suggest you visit the diet forum and even the training forum to get some advice on new routines and diets.
 
never assume any steroid has no negative sides. They all do. You need to learn what they are and do what is necessary to control them. Anavar will mess up your cholesterol so taking some otc supps to counter that will be very beneficial. Also some liver protectants such as NAC or tylers would be in order

he is right but if you must know the only sides i had was strenght,hardness, i seemed to have healthier looking skin, i did have a loss of interest in food thought and that was at 40mgs a day
 
if you are going to run it no matter what yes 60mg of var will yield some solid results. you can get as cut as you want if you are 150 just tweaking you diet.

i agree. i took var for my first time using AAS. i don't think it's a bad choice for your first run, though...test would be a better choice.

60mg/day for 6 to 8 weeks should yield some nice results but as d_o_c_ said...you need more protein. also...keep your diet as clean as possible.
 
2 years of training isn't enough to reach your max potential; So focus on your diet training and rest.

Supplements you can take to cut up: ECA

Supplements to take to bulk up: Creatine, NO2

in both cases you should have a high protein intake

I suggest this cycle: DIET and CARDIO.

Would you suggest pure whey protein as a good base or milk muscle? I have been told the latter is a great product but I am a little hesitant because it is pretty high in fat {18g fat per 32g protein} Thanks
