good fats are a necessity in any top-notch diet....EFA's are a must.... flax oil, fish oils, almonds, avocados, etc, etc...... stay away from saturated fats and trans fatty acids.... alot of the fats in Muscle Milk are MCT (medium chain triglycerides), which are a good energy source...they're likely to be burned quickly by the body instead of stored as fat
 
You are 5'7" 150 and don't want to gain bulk, you do not need anabolic steroids.

Unless your goals are to be 180lbs plus (for your height) its really hard to justify anabolic steroids.

That said, var is pretty dang safe and you'll get stronger if you use it. If you were going to do AAS no matter what anybody says that is definitely the drug for you. 6 weeks on, 6 weeks off.

40mg would be plenty per day
