I am coming of my anavar and sarms gw50 cycle with hcg generate.
For pct can i take gw50 again with ostrine (mk-2866).

Layout

Clomid 50/25/25/12.5
Nolva 20/20/20/20
gw50 - 20mg
ostrine - 25mg

Is that good or can someone tell me give me a better cycle. Do i take the pct 1 week after my cycle or straight after

how many weeks was your cycle bro? that depends on if you should use gw in your pct

get a natural test booster in your pct

either
hcgenerate es or post cylce/unleashed . they are both sold at n2bm.

did you say you ran var for 5 weeks ? and gw for 4 weeks? if so you dont need a big pct like that. get a test booster in there and a low dose of clomid and you will be fine. osta will help keep gains . so yea use it also..

btw gw for 4 weeks.. yes! use it throughout pct

if you had a natural test booster i would say just clomid and dont overload the drugs for a 5 week anavar cycle.. but if you are just running clomid solo, i would run the nolva with it

yes you can use gw, use gw 12-14 weeks no matter what, everytime you use it.It has no suppression and no sides.There is no reason what so ever to run it shorter then 12 weeks, unless you are timing a mimi break out for a bridge or pct.

you do know a 5 week anavar only cycle is a very ineffective cycle right?

Just make sure you go with sarms1 bro.. There is allot of companies reppin bunk sarms that are hella watered down and don't come even close to the concentration level of sarms1.

next time you run a cycle,come on here and ask us to help you set it up.Im not trying to be-little you but you could have did alot better then a var solo 5 week cycle. i would have told you to throw the osta and gw in the cycle and use the gw in pct.

if all you had was 5 weeks of var and you had gw/osta on hand.Your cycle should have looked like that

1-12 osta 25 mg a day
1-12 gw 20 mg -- all at once 30 mins before gym or cardio
8-12 var 40-60 mg a day split in 2x doses ( not even sure how much you took)

i took low dose of var 20/20/30/40/30 i really enjoyed it looked much more leaner messed up diet but overall i did enjoy the experience. will do it next time again but higher dosage

Var dosage is really hard to judge because the quality of var is so shitty out there by ugl's.

Really good pharma grade var is much different

i mean its not the best pct but with a 5 week var, im sure you will be fine. people have used this combo for decades and got away with it.Again not ideal imo

you got 2 serms in there and osta and gw

ideal pct has a serm,an ai and a test booster imo..if its an heavy cycle maybe 2 serms.

osta is used every pct for me
