I'm considering a cycle of anavar. Given my info, what is the absolute minimum dosage and duration that would help me reach my goals?
I would appreciate some input from an AAS expert who will try to understand my specific goal. I am looking at doing a cycle of Anavar. $ will be an issue, as I have to convince my wife (who is a rule follower) that A. Its okay for me to use Anavar, and B. That its worth the cost. I can't imagine convincing her to let me spend more than $250. I've worked hard to convince her that anavar is safe at low dosages, so I wont be considering any other AAS for now.
My goal is to look like Bryan Thomas by the end of the summer. I want to look strong, fit, and cut, but NOT BIG. I'm more concerned with cutting right now than with gaining muscle, but I want to keep my muscle all the way down to my target of 5% bf.
My body type is similar to his, ecto/meso.
-I am 25 yrs. old/5'11"/183 lbs./11% body fat
-I am cutting with a goal of 5% body fat
-After cutting, I will start trying to gain lean muscle mass
-My diet was horrible 6 months ago (drinking, fast food, etc.) I got up to 214 lbs.
-I have been lifting off and on for 12 yrs.
-I cut out alcohol two months ago and went strict with my diet. I am operating at a 500-1000 calorie deficit on cardio days, and 0-500 calorie deficit on lifting days. I lift twice a week, high weight low rep, lift to failure.
-High protein (100-200 gr./low carb/low fat/extremely low bad fats
-I have been gaining upper body strength and maintaining lower body strength
