Hey everone, im 24 210 5'10 with 15%BF. I have been working out for about two years and need some help trying to get my weight down becuase i have plateaued with just dieting.
This is what i am thinking and would like some feedback on my cycle.
First i was planning on just taking var by itself with a PCT at 60mg a day for 7 weeks but from what i have read it looks like Var and Tbol work together well. so im thinking about adding a 5wk Tbol stack in with the var.
So i have a couple of questions.
1) is 60mg of var good enough for a cycle by itself?
2) is it bad to stack the var and tbol together? If not is 50 mg a tbol for 5 weeks a good dose?
3) is Nolva for 4 weeks good enough for PCT?
4) since i am cutting what should my diet look like....low carb, cal deficit ect....?
yes i am new to this but so i know people are going to tell me to just diet and give me advice and i appreciate that but im going to go through with it so if you could help me with my questions i would appreciate it!
