Height: 6'0
Weight: 185
BF%: 15
Diet: Haven't ate a clean/strict diet for the last 5 months but started back a couple weeks ago.
Training: 45 min weight work out, super setting everything. Work at a fast pace at 4 times a week. Run HIIT 2 or 3 times a week for 15 min.
Goals: Gain lean muscle mass, shred some body fat.

I've been serious about diet and training for the last 8 years (other than the past 5 months). I've done a cycle of test250/winny with proper pct 5 years ago and want to get on ox to help ease the myself back in shape. I'm about to place my order here in the next week and wanted some suggestions/opinions from you guys here. From what I've gathered I'd be best doing anywhere from 30mg/day for about 6 weeks. Is that 2 doses of 15/mg a day? I've found nothing but conflicting views about pct for a var only cycle. Some say it's not needed since it's such a low dose and some say it is need for sexual dysfunction problems. Which I had a problem with when I cycled my first time. Some suggest otc test supplements should be the only pct needed.

I was a member here a while back when i juiced the first time and honestly couldn't of done it with out all the information that you guys tossed my way. That's why I'm back for more! I'm not going to do something that i don't know anything about, I feel fairly educated about var but i can always learn more and hear different suggestions that you guys bring. Thanks a ton guys!
 
I ran VAR before, it's good shit. I'm pretty sure it's liver toxic so you're going to want some type of liver support IE Forged Liver or Milk Thistle.

PCT run Post Cycle+Unleashed..I'm sure others will add to this.

Ever think of adding some forged burner to that cycle to aid in the fat loss?

Eat a clean diet for the next 2 months at least then add in the var. You'll probly get down to 12% b4 the cycle and you'll be a lot happier with the overall results.

Also, 30mg/day is a pretty low/weak dose of var.

This is what I'm going to do, probably should of done this couple months ago but oh well. What dose do you suggest? I've read numerous places that the dose should depend on body size. Is this correct? Thanks for the help.
 
bg and pelton: thanks for the info. Didn't know this stuff existed. I just started looking into the forged fat burner. I'm on oxyelite pro now but that will be done soon.
 
It seems that the unleashed is out of stock. I think I'm going to run nolva 3 weeks, 40/20/20, starting the last day of var cycle. Would there be a problem to start any otc test booster say about week 4-6, when libido seems to be most vulnerable?

How come everyone suggest to run nolva when the cycle is over? Noob question I know but if i'm experiencing low libido mid cycle is there a problem to start it then?
 
6'0" and 185 lbs??? You need to eat more food. You've been serious about diet and training for the last 8 years?

I like the goal too: gain lean muscle and lose fat. We'd all like to do that.

How much muscle would you like to gain? If you've been serious about diet and training for 8 years and you're still only 185 lbs., I'm guessing you aren't trying to even break 200. Amirite?
