Anavar only cycle

Hi everyone I'm here to get some advice on a cycle I am thinking about doing. I'm 24 years old, 5'8 , 192 pounds, been training for 4 years. I am thinking of starting my cycle very soon once I have everything I need in order. I'll be doing a 6 week cycle starting the dosages at about 20mg, then finally increasing it to 60mg a day spread out of course. I was thinking of lowing the dosages near the end of the cycle, (is this the best way to go about it) then from week 6 till 10 taking hcgenerate for my pct. Also have liver support, grape seed, vitamin e. Just looking for some strength gains and some size. Any advice will be great thank you.

my friend... 20 mg dosing is a female dose... i know some females that actually run it higher than that...

1-6 anavar 60 mg a day first four weeks, bump to 80 mg last 2 weeks
1-6 proviron 50-75 mg day
1-6 n2guard
1-6 hcgenerate
1-6 lipid stabil
1-10 need2slin
1-10 creatine nitrate
3-10 forma stanzol

I know 20mg is for women but I was thinking to build it up from 20mg up to 60 or 80 mgs then bring it back down slowly again when getting off it....

thats not a good way to run anavar... i laid it out for you...

Pyramiding is something from the old days and found to not be beneficial. Stick with what dylan laid out. If you are apprehensive go with 40 the first week then bump it up.

I've run a bunch of Var, just jumped on another cycle a few days ago actually.

Dylan has got it down. Run the HCGenerate concurrently with the Var, because Var alone will suppress endogenous testosterone, and you WILL become lethargic and lose libido a couple weeks into your cycle. Lethargy is your worst enemy for hitting the gym, and without hitting the gym, you are wasting a very expensive compound.

I ran my Var at 100mg/day, and at that dose I became really irritable, and started really getting weak around week 4-5, having pains in my liver while doing cardio, etc. Definitely run something like Liv. 52, double the dosages, and run your Var no higher than 80mg/day. I am also a true 5'8", and run between 185-190 lbs, so my dosing should be accurate to your build as well.

Best to you bro, you will love Var. I added about 10 lbs. of LEAN mass on my frame in a 6-week run, kept all of it too. Eating like a horse, and losing inches on my mid-section at the same time, pretty damn nice.
 
Thanks so much for the advice guys! I'm from Australia so alot of the supplements are hard to get for me, dose ntbm post to Australia and I'm guessing my best bet is to check out their website. Great advice thanks!
