Current Stats: 6'3", 190 pounds, 9% body fat
Here is the prolem bros:
I'm currently studying abroad in Barcelona. jI've joined a good gym and I have a ton of free time on my hands, but might be doing some travelling while I'm here and am concerned about this effecting my diet.
I could wait until I go home in April, but then I will be living with my parents and will probably start lifeguarding on the beach. This obviously requires a lot of cardiovascular activity.
I am doing this cycle to gain mass, not so much concerned with the cutting aspect, as I am already pretty cut. I know this is a difficult question, but when do you think would be the best time to do this cycle. Wondering if I should wait until summer or go ahead and bulk up now and use April to get cut.
Also, because of my stats do you think I should just eat everything in fucking sight. I will definitely be consuming over 300 grams of protein per day. But I am unsure what my caloric intake should be.
Only previous cycle was Deca only at 300mg for 10 weeks. End results 10 pounds.
