Anavar Only Cycle - Ketogenic Diet

Has anyone done an Anavar only cycle with Low Carb Diet? and if so what kind of results did they see in terms of Strength Gains / Bodyfat Losses ( I know anavar isn't meant to have an effect on bodyfat) , Also Lean Mass Gains (I know this will be small aswell but no harm in asking)
 
Im hoping to start a first cycle of Anavar only after the Christmas Holidays but unsure on what would be the best type of macronutrient breakdown

Did you Carb up Each week btw on Bodyopus Diet, Or did you do it in a TKD kind of fashion?
 
Injectable cycles are much less stressful to the organs than to orals, anavar works extremely well on a keto diet since it works well with low blood glucose levels.

I understand that Anavar may cause Liver Problems (Mild compared to other orals though) , Thats why I am only going to do a 6-8 cycle + Milk Thistle + Lots of Water



Dosage Wise I am thinking 50 mg a day?

I also Have one more Question .... I am going to use Nolvadex for PCT

How long do I have to do the PCT for and should I do it 40/20/20?

I don't really care about the price , It is going to cost me around £220 / Just under $400 for the cycle

Anavar will work well on a cal-deficit and/or keto diet.

Fat loss will come from diet and cardio. Don't expect big strength gains. Var isn't known for this. It's a mild compound that is best suited for use in conjunction with injectibles.

I don't think oral only cycles are worth it. You're guaranteeing yourself a stressed out liver and don't make gains anywhere near those you would on an injectible cycle.

I am not really looking for gains, Just looking to keep LBM during an aggresive cut and maintain strength :)
