Will lipid profiles return to pre-use levels after some time off or will they always stay elevated and out of range?

Hey man,

I'm not an expert on the subject, but from what I've researched...your lipid profiles should eventually return to their normal range after some time.

Generally, if you consume enough EFA's...flax, omega 3, 6, 9...etc. you shouldn't have too much of a problem.

There are also some good supplements you can take whilst on cycle to help control your lipid profiles from becoming out of range.

I took var for 7-8 weeks at 75mg ed. Levels were absolutely fine. Some things I took were omega 3's (fish oil), tylers liver detox/liv52, cholesterol support formula from swansonvitamins.com.

YUP ! Just load up on omega 3,6,9 oils 3 times a day. Fish, Flax, Xtra virgin olive oil. Get some Liv.52 or AX perfect cycle too. Your liver was built to last.

I think you got your answer but yes br the lipids will return to baseline after the cycle has been stopped. Some preventative measures help as well.

Yeah, "NOW foods" do a good liver and cholestoral support supplement which a lot of guys have recommended.

A combination of milk thistle, liver support, cholestoral support and plenty of EFA's should give you no problems.

I've heard Tribulus is another good supplement to include if you are doing an Anavar only cycle as it helps aid natural testosterone production. Although having said that, Anavar isn't notorious for shutting you down (unless you are using stupidly high dosages)...but some Trib might help.

Take three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, every day, on cycle or off, it does wonders.
