Took about 2 weeks to really notice when I ran it on its own last year, that was at 40mgs a day. I tend to keep my doses low.

At higher dosages(50+mgs/day)I feel a dramatic gain in strength and endurance after about 4-5 days.Lower dosages take about double that time for me.

It should start kicking in about 7-10 days. Highest I ever went was 60mg was going to try 80mg next.

i'll tell you right now, var kicked in by day fucking 2 at 100mg ed, i am going back on in a week when i get back from a trip. it will hit you like a ton of bricks at that dose. good luck

Strength went up every wo.

ive heard that lipitor can make it worse, sesapure can help, i am a firm believer it is based solely on genetics, if you are prone to it than levels will raise. winny is supposed to be awful on it. i ran winny for 6 months, i shit you not and i know it was really dumb but mine was not that highly elevated. thank god i found ef or i'd still be on it but thats another story
