no crap dude ... it helps u build muscle ... i am looking to gain lean muscle ... but anavar from what i hear helps you lose weight ... im new to anavar ... and hgh is not a steroid ... so im not sure what u are talking about ... i was asking for advice not a smart ass ... keep the stupid comments to yourself ..
