anavar gains

What can you excpect as far as strength and muscle gains for an anavar cycle at about 40 mg for six weeks, and what percentage do you typically keep after you come off of it. Thanks for any help you can give
 
it depends on genetics previous cycles and alot of other factors, diet training etc. what are your stats and history as far as cycles and lifting. if this is your first cycle and you have diet in check you could gain up to 10 lbs of lean mass and get some great strength gains.

I have been lifting for about eight years been only seriously this last year. I am about 195 mid twenties and around 14 percent bf. My diet could be better but i do cardio aka running in the morning and lifting at night. No cycle experience
 
ok that is a huge help. if you take in 1.5g of protein per body weight or even 2, meaning about 350-400g of protein a day and take in clean calories i think you can add 5-10lbs. you will harden up and if you are lean enough you will become more vascular as well. ive seen bros put on 25-30lbs on bench with that dose of var. good luck
 
If this is your first cycle of anything, start with 10mgs. of var. first week, second wk. 15mgs. see how your body is responding, then 20mgs. 3rd.wk. 25-30 mgs. My first cycle of var. I found that anything over 25mgs. did nothing more than waste my money. Again, this is basic on a first cycle only. If you have use before to any extent, think about your receptors, than this would not apply. Each person is different in their response to any roid.
 
I kept var gains for six months after without ever going to the gym. Push-ps, pull-ups and sit-ups maintained everything for the first six months, and the second six I lost only a little hardness and definition. I am returning to the gym (finally!) this month, and have not cycled in a long time. I almost got to return a few months ago, but got held up with working on location.


Var is excellent.
 
var gains are easy to keep if you keep calories high after and do good pct. clean calories as well. it depends on if you are past your genetic limit as well
 
If youc an afford it, up the dose.. At 50mg ED I start getting pumps that scare women, and small children

Anavar was used for years to treat arthritis, so it is reasonably safe.
Old school used it alone to gain some muscle while on a pre-contest super low carb diet.

You'll keep a lot of the gains ... more than dbol. I'd estimate 75%.
