anavar for strength

i am looking for some advice on an anavar cycle for strength
im interested in suggested dosage/duration
ive heard and read .25 mg pr kg to .50 mg pr kg for strength
some say its better at 50mg - 80mg pr day and only for cutting
what am i to believe?
its not my first cycle its my third
two bulking cycles so far, im 22 and im 210lbs
up from 170 im 6'1 and lokking to be 280-300 eventually
i am looking to make some serious strength gains fast any help or advice would be awesome!

looks like you need to decide what you want to do ... do you want to "some serious strenght gains fast" or do you want "to be 280-300"... anavar will make you stronger, stronger does not always mean bigger, and bigger does not always mean stronger. im 150lbs and im not "big" by any means, but i have good muscle tone and am stronger than a lot of guys bigger than me.
 
i completely understand and agree with that
and in the long run i want to be 280-300 but its not going to happen with one cycle
and in the short term i want to up all my lifts
when you lift heavier weight you can build bigger size
look at ronnie,dorian,and anyone who is or was great they can lift
if you dont have an answer or opinion on my question you dont have to post but please dont insult me
 
i seen good strength off British Dragon 60mg/ed
 
I'm a girl and i think myns from brazil or spain.. the bottles to far to go get.. and its 10mg a day and boy could i beatcha up ...Joke
 
mostly strength im not looking to get huge. and it helped me get good strength. it was awhile ago. i plan on doing my next cycle at 100mg/ed
 
I took 30mg/day of British Dragon, for 8wks. went from 170-183lbs. 7%bf. Strength went up overall, but to specific my Bench went from 225 for 10reps-260 for 8 as of today. I'm into day 4 of PCT Nolva.

Var is good for strength but where it particularly excels in the strength department is when it is used to add strength without gaining weight. That's why it tends to be popular with the weight class restricted athletes.

Your long term goal is 280-300 which is a freaking huge increase and is likely going to be well past your natural genetic limit unless something really changes in your body structure or you were malnourished. If you are able to maintain that weight naturally, it's going to be damn hard work and you'll likely be feeding yourself like a machine (given your original stats, gains, age). What I am having trouble with is how anavar fits into your long term plan. You'll get stronger but you very likely won't gain nearly as much as you would nor be as strong as you would, had you chosen a more traditional regimine. On top of that, it's going to cost you more money as var is higher priced than most other choices.

Personally, the only way to justify a var only cycle for you and your goals is purely experimentation or a sudden pathogological aversion to needles, aromatization, and anciliaries.

I hope that helps in some way or clarifies the situation.

easy tiger, i made a solid point, and never insulted you... there are two ways to go about it, strenght the priority, or size the priority, i was just asking which was your priority... chill brother no offense meant.
 
Anavar makes me strong as hell. My leg press is well over 1000 for reps. Stronger than ever after 26 years of lifting. I'm only taking 15 mgs a day when on.
