this book explains some good stuff about just sticking to meat...as well Good Calories Bad Calories...my doc swears by it, and suggests everyone read these books....pound as much meat as you can be damed with the fat, no need for carbs really but if so hit the green veggies.....I havent done it strict yet, getting over some girlfriend breakup issues ha, hard to diet hard, but I did meat and veggies for two weeks and dropped 12 pounds nearly instantly,and Id been stuck at 245 pounds for 8 months no matter how much lifting and interval training, doing double sessions daily, etc....
Ive not kept it strict, but try to stick to meat and fish, Im not in keto for sure this past month, but I got dunk tanked at 7.5% BF today, about shit myself didnt expect to be that low....but trying to stick to meat and veggies mainly will work miracles....as well if you had the time like me to do double sessions, hard anaerobic conditioning in the mornings, sprints, sled drags, med ball circuits, versa climber, kettlebell stuff, versa pulley, etc....then come in at night and hit the platform lifts and rack hard...lots of cleans, snatches, squats/front squats, deadlifts, push press,overhead press, bench, jerks...and tons and tons of rows, chins, pulling....I went from 17.9% last May to 7.5% today sticking to that plan but not strictly, and even in that time period had a major quad tear, partially torn IT band, and minor tear in hamstring (all happened on same squat rep leg blew out)....I never read the Paleo books but essentially think its the same thing, Makers Diet, eat what God gave us....sticking to meat and fish mainly, veggies, and nuts...hit interval training hard, hit big compound lifts hard.....good shit will happen....
Ive yet to add any sauce to the mix but am curious what would happen....have some Masteron, extra T, Var, tbol, as well some old deca and winny...but dont want to mess with deca or winny right now...so might throw in some Mast and Var to see what it does at low doses...I dont wanna get any bigger! Just leaner!
