Anavar for bridging.

I am now into my second week of Chinese anavar 30mg ed. Don't know if it is too early to say but I do not feel any difference in terms of strength, fat loss, etc... I only feel tired and have no appetite. It looks as though I am starting to loose size instead of maintaining.

Any others with anavar only experience?
 
I lose my appetite with ox. It also takes about a couple weeks for me to feel anything, with the exception of dbol and fina. Your muscles should start to feel harder by day 10-14, and you should start to notice strength increases.

Also, 30mg/day of ox isn't that much, so whatever you do feel should be mild.

No, but nausea is a common side of ox. That's why they recommend taking with a meal to limit that effect. I however have a stomach made of steel, lol.
 
I took 35mg last night before bed on an empty stomach. Wow did I have some shitty dreams. Best to take with grub earlier in the evening.
 
Max, you are taking it right when you get up in the morn right ? Because of the half life of Ox the best time to take it is in the morn when you wake up so that way it gradually leaves your system through out the day. This way has the least effect on your HPTA

I take all 30mg with breakfast and don't feel like eating all day. In order to get my daily protein/carbs, I have to force myself to eat at a regular interval. Ever have to eat when feeling nauseous?

I also have a hard tiem falling asleep and waking up in the middle of night.

I have heard Anavar can cause insomnia in some people so that would be why you can't sleep very well. Try to get down a lot of shakes and ligher foods if you are having troble geting in those cals. The last thing you wanna have happen is loss of appetite when coming off a cycle. I am planning the same bridge soon if the funds are there and hope it all goes well

I fell that I'm loosing size and not maintaining because of all this. Is there anything that I could take to remedy this.

Get more sleep if possable, Get in those cals and remember you will not recover as fast while on a low dose bridge so cut down the number of total sets
