anavar fat loss dosage

Hey
what's is a safe dosage of anavar you recommend for fat loss? I'm not looking for body building purposes, just burn some fat , I train 4 days a week and started eating clean a few weeks, I'm not sure what's my body fat % but it's between 19 and 21%.

you should drop down to about 10% to even notice the visual benefits of anavar. anavar will boost your strength, but will not aid you in your fat loss
 
Agreed with W here. Aas are not fat burners. That's a major misconception. Diet will always be number 1 for listing fat. If you're eating clean l, the weight will begin to fall off.

Steroids do not burn body fat. They increase muscle protein synthesis and prevent muscle catabolism. I feel like I am beating a dead horse saying this over and over but it's a very common misconception and something a lot of people get wrong. Bodybuilders commonly include steroids into their pre-contest cycles to prevent muscle loss when dieting on low calories and doing lots of cardio. The steroids themselves do not burn body fat.


If you want to loose body fat - You need to perfect your diet and training. Its as simple as that. Fat is basically stored energy. To burn fat, you need to expend more calories then you consume.

Not only that, running a steroid cycle at a high body fat percentage is going to put a lot of stress on your body and organs. It is also counterproductive because the higher your body fat percentage, the more testosterone will aromatize into estrogen.

SARMS are much better option all around. SARMS will directly increase endurance, fat loss, recovery and lean muscle mass with no increases in body weight or water retention. You won't get the same strength increase from SARMS that you would with steroids, but you get all the benefits with none of the side effects. They are also extremely minimal in the way of side effects and legal to use.

anavar isn't a fat burner. maybe you came across an article that said it was, those studies were done on rodents and they were put into caloric deficits.. in humans anavar has never been designed for fat loss, it was designed for mostly muscle wasting diseases and to counteract cortico steroid usage.

it was never intended to be used to burn fat and you are wasting your money

if you want to lose fat, eat less and exercise more. you can use n2slin before your 2-3 biggest meals of the day and you should also get GW/SR9009 from sarms1
 
4 weeks into cutting and already considering anabolic steroids.

Seems lazy and will not work out eventually with attitude like this. Also, if you are a male, 19-21% is way too high to even consider AAS.
 
Using steroids for fat loss purposes is never a good idea - there are much safer ways of doing so. Don't forget that you will also cause suppression by using anavar, which ain't cool if you are not using it for bodybuilding purposes.

Better opt for such things as Cardarine GW or SR9009 - they are even more effective than anavar when it comes to fat loss, but they have a ton of additional benefits, and no side effects at all. Would make much more sense to use them instead.
 
As mentioned, AAS do not burn fat so seeing as you have cleaned up your diet you will see results anyways. Just keep the diet going and exercise every day. Consistency always wins in this game.
