Anavar dosage if i weight 180lbs?

What dosage of anavar would you recommend I take since I weigh 180 lbs (at about 15-18% bf). its ** pale yellow anavar in 10mg pills BTW.

Standard run is 30-40 mg.

20-30 mg is enough at 180 lbs.

i was planning on 40MG ED so do u thing if I took 25MG ED id still see decent results... im not using it as a bridge by the way... just a virgin cycle of anavar only.

I weight 195-200 lbs and I'm going to be using 30mg a day of anavar only. Ask the one crumcake, he's using the same stuff at 20mg(or 30 I can't remember) and he's growing like a weed.

50 mgr/day i consider the minimum

unless it is for bridging.

You should loose some fat and the Ox can help you a bit.
