i am gonna be on anavar 30 mgs/day on weeks 7-12 of my cycle...do i take the 30 mgs at once or throughout the day?..also how fast does anavar kick in?

JellyMan you need to SEARCH ON ANAVAR. The answer to your question is throughout the day. You need to 40mg to 80mg to get results.
It takes effect right away but it will generally take a few weeks for you to notice the effects.
This isn't like sustenon or deca, the half life is very short, 9 hours or so. That is one reason why it is best to spread it throughout the day, to keep blood levels somewhat even.

I agree it should be taken twice a day at least. I disagree that it takes 3 weeks to feel it. As with most orals you will feel it in the 2nd week of your training. 30mg is a little light but I don't know your stats so I can't say that for sure.

i am 6`2 219 11.9% bf......was 212 14.9 2 weeks ago..the winny has kicked in already ....winny 50 mg weeks 1-6,sust 300 weeks 1-10,anavar 30 mgs/day weeks 7-12 clomid weeks 15-17...it is my first cycle
Somebody might want to double-check that through-out the day comment. There has been a thread or two discussing the same thing, and it was mentioned to take it all first thing in the morning.
I will be using Anavar to bridge after my next cycle at 25mgs/day. I would love to hear some more discussion on dosing Anavar please.

I think jeff_rys takes it all at once and not spread out through the day.
And I believe he has more experience with oxandrolone than anybody in Geartopia.
Which btw, leads me to a personal comment about jeff rys. If you can afford so much friggin' ox, why the hell can't you just go ahead and send ol' Tx here a bone and send me a gram or two of ox?
