anavar cycle

I have never juiced but considering a pure anavar cycle this summer consisting of 10mg a day for 2 months.
what kind of gains do you think are likely with hard workouts 3-4 times a week and good diet? How does this cycle sound?
Weigh 180 at 5'11(in shape but unsure of bodyfat%)
I like anavar for its safe properties, lack of water retention.
I am looking to gain around 15-20 pounds and cut down a little.

you'll get about 5 lbs gains from 25mg ed but it also depends on your eating habits. Eat more higher amounts of protein and use creatine post workouts in about 10g. You'll probably gain a little more but i don't believe you will gain 20lbs on an anavar only cycle.
 
best i've heard is 10 pounds.. that's with INSANE amount of protein and creatine.

I'm also going to start an anavar cycle soon. keep ya updated on 50mg a day.
 
did an var only cycle at 40mg/ed for 10 weeks gained a good sloid 7 lb lost a little bodyfat of my abs, Great pumps and huge strenght gain. I took a huge amount protein and creatine aswell, so it was sorta of a bulking cycle. M8 you'll never gain 15-20lb on var only even at 2000mg a day. At 10mg a day its just a waste of var up it to 40-60mg and run it with dreatine and you should gain a few pounds

10mg simply isn't enough. I know what you're thinking. WTF! 30mg's a day is going to cost a fortune. Yes it will, Anavar is the most expensive steroid there is. It's my understanding that there is only one lab in the world that can legally produce it. It's in Italy and since they hold the patent they can ask whatever they want for it. According to ** that's where he gets it from. But I question that, the country he's from is well known to copy patented goods.

10mg/day isn't going to do jack shit. Try at least 25mg/day and more (30mg-40mg/day) if you got the money.

There's no fucking way you'll get 15-20 lbs out of that. With plenty of protein, good meals and workouts you could probably get 10 lbs of solid muscle max.

Ox is great for cutting though. You could get away with 25mg/day for two months, a good diet and get cut up good.
