Hey everyone, I am going to Thailand for 2 months to train Muay Thai and want to run Anavar at 60mg/day for 6 or 7 weeks. I am 24 and have been working out for 4 years and have went from 130-195lbs @ 16%bf. I have only done one previous cycle, over a year ago, which consisted of Epidrol for 4 weeks with Nolva for PCT. For this cycle my goal is to simply maintain muscle mass while cutting fat, I am going to continue eating a lot due to my metabolism, if I could gain a few pounds that would be great but I don't expect any while only running var. Is the 60mg going to be enough to maintain muscle while training 4 hours a day, 5 days a week?
For PCT I will run 50mg Clomid and 20mg Nolva for 3 weeks (or 2 if I run the Anavar for 7 weeks) once I come home I have some Nolva on hand as well as Dermacrine Sustain. I will also be running support supplements during and after the cycle. I am also going to use some creatine due to it's synergistic effect with var. I doubt HCG is necessary for such a small cycle but I would certainly be open to running it during weeks 3-6/7 of the cycle if it would help speed up recovery.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
