anavar cycle

I have done 5 var only cycles and was happy every time last time kept 12lbs at 40mgs for 9 weeks. What are your goals? Is this your 1st cycle? Add some creatine with the var.
 
This will be my first cycle...I had another in mind but i want to start off keeping it simple. I know people will say test only but I am not looking for great size gains..and know var has many benefits. I'm looking to gain only 5-10 pounds, and loose bf.

My first "cycle" was Anavar only for 6 weeks, 15mg/day, though at the time I thought it was 30mg (tabs were only 5mg). In retrospect, I believe Anavar is best run for longer cycles, say 8 weeks or more, at dosages of @ least 30mg ED. Gets expensive but once it starts working (after first week or two) it doesn't stop building. Wish I could do it again.

Also, because of the IGF-1 and GH manipulations (that's how it works), I slept better than I EVER have during the Anavar cycle. Based on what you've told us, I think you're headed in the right direction.

PM me if you have more ?s about sides and gains. May sound a little queer, but I document all of my gear endeavors in a little journal. Helps me when I look back on it to see what went well and what sucked. Best of luck regardless. :)

I ran 50mg ED for 18 weeks - kept about 15lbs & dropped BF - not huge gains, but in the mirror I looked totally different (in a good way) - I was using a lean bulk type approach.
 
I've done two VAR only cycles, the first was 6 weeks and the second was 10 weeks. Even though I really had no idea what I was doing during the first one (diet, training, etc.) I gained and kept 7lbs. The second one was much more successful as I watched the diet and trained properly (and added creatine). I gained 12lbs and kept it but it really made me lean and constantly pumped.

Ha ha.. that's not queer bro.. it's called smart.. i started doing it with my last cycle.. kept a daily log of everything.. supplements i took and dosages and timing.. amount of juice i took.. how i felt that day overall.. what exercises i did with reps,weights,sets all recorded and how I felt after the workout.. it's actually a REALLY good idea to do this.. helps you find out what works best for you and if you are starting to overtrain a little you'll know quicker.. plus it's honestly fun to look back over time and see those great workout days and how much progress you've made..

The only problem with keeping a log while on-cycle.. is so much changes everyday.. like weights and all.. you could literally rewrite the thing every few hours.. because your gaining and changing so much.. but oh well.. thought i would throw that in there for ya so as to not make you feel odd.. haha
 
I did a 4 week cycle of Var at 35 mg and Dbol 15 mg and was really happy with the results. i wish I could have afforded to do it longer at the time but I was stupid and rushed into it.

Var is great well worth the price if you want quality gains, but I wouldn't recommend it if you want to get huge. There are plenty of other things i would take before it if my goals where to get huge. My goals aren't to get huge so I love it, and I'm going to try an EQ and Var cycle pretty soon can't wait for that!!!
 
yes you'll neeed pct with var, you don'te need and anti-e and can run it alone during cycle but you will be shut down and will need to restart your natural test with clomid
