Anavar Cycle HELP

Hello Beautiful Ladies!!! I was hoping I could get some help from you!!!
My husband is a natural body builder, I have been weight training with him for a little over a year now, I am 5 foot 1 about 110lbs and about 13% body fat, I train 6 days a week 1 body part each day with 1 day off
My diet is in check actually very strict NO SUGAR very Low Sodium, gluten free, soy free, everything organic including my meats, no whites or wheat only healthy carbs (ex:brown rice) i do not eat any processed foods with the exception of my supplements of course and no dairy with the exception of the unflavored whey protein.
I currently take a multivitamin, vit D, raspberry ketone, white kidney bean extract, ALA, glutamine, acidophilus, milk thistle, sea buckthorn and vitamin b complex
I am currently on my 2nd week of Var, I am taking 12.5mg per day
my question is the recommended weeks i should cycle? I was told by some 6 some 8 and by some 12.
I was originally told to just do a 6 week cycle and that is all a woman needs but someone else told me i should be cycling for at least 8 weeks because the effects of the Var don't show until the 3rd week
any advice would be very helpful!! thanks!!:heart:
 
I wish we had a time machine. In my opinion 'a little over a year' isn't enough before adding steroids, and if you're unsure as to how long you should run it, that makes it clear that you didn't do enough research. I spent two solid years researching and joining discussions on here before I even THOUGHT about starting roids...

But sadly you've already jumped in with both feet. Regardless of total dosing, generally 6 weeks of use will suffice. More experienced users could possibly up it to 8-12, but it isn't recommended for someone like yourself with no experience. Start with 6 weeks, see how you do, and for god's sake please do more planning next time you want to put stuff in your body.
 
Thank you for your advice, its not that I've only been training for a year I have actually trained for almost 3 yrs but never consistent with it until the past 14months, I didn't research for 2 years but I always research everything that I put in my body, I came up with 6 weeks being what I planned to cycle for but, was told but many different people that I was wrong that I needed to do 8 so I just wanted some opinions of a woman who may be experienced in this field :) I have no woman bodybuilding friends they are all males LOL I do work for a supplement and equipment distributor and everyone always has a different opinion on this :) thank you :)

I understand completely girl. Just gotta put my foot down sometimes because you have no idea how many people come on here saying shit like 'I just bought 10 bottles of this and these pills, what now?' it's SO imperitive to do research beforehand. I have a lot of guy friends that juice, they tried their best to help me but not many know how a woman reacts to these substances.

Just be careful :-) all I was getting at when I mentioned your time working out is sometimes people are so quick to jump the gun with it. I spent 8 years hardcore training before I started using. You'll be okay though, I'll sleep better tonight knowing you did at least a little research :-P the forums as well as my PM box are at your disposal should you have any more questions.
 
I totally appreciate that and totally understand where you are coming from, I have girls comes into the store starting all kinds of steroids and they have never worked out before and have just been running for 1 week!!!! I get so frustrated!! Or they come in wondering why they have moon face and they are taking the wrong prohormone!! Thank you again :)

So you have decided on a 6 week cycle, I hope. I couldn't imagine running longer than 8. What dose are you going to run?
 
I'm sticking with my original plan of 6 weeks, I am currently on my first day of week 3, 12.5mg a day I originally started the pills at 6mg 2x a day but they are 50mg and were almost impossible to break into 8ths so I went to 12 18 a day 2 hrs before I work out I take it
 
I meant 1x a day not 18 a day LOL but I have to say I'm already seeing results and not experiencing any of the side effects, except for the increased desire to have more sex can't complain about that :)
 
I think Psizzle said what most of us were thinking. I would add...Don't be tempted to go past 6 weeks (you will be). You might feel and look great and want to keep going, but for a first cycle 6 weeks is more than plenty.

12.5 is high for a first cycle. Negative sides usually don't show up till the 4-6 week mark. I'd stick with the 6 weeks and see where you're at. Good luck!

I don't even wanna say what I'm about to start running it at...lolol but then again I have years worth experience under my belt ;-)

I know what you're running at and all I can say is I'M envious. Lol. Hook a brotha up. . .
 
Most anavar is really methandrostenalone which is Dianabol. Dianabol is a much cheaper compound to make pills out of an 99% of the pills out there are made out of dianabol. So be careful that you arnt seeing any androgenic effects from what you hope to be anavar. As far as cycling 6 weeks is plenty of time on anavar, but what you really want to do when you cycle is see when you start to make gains and start to cycle off. this means your body has built up antibodies to the chemical you are taking and will reject it and store in the fats of your organs. 12.5 mg is plenty if it is real. The real company that made anavar was Searle, and they were made in 2.5 mg tablets, so, 10-20 mg would be a normal male dosage.
 
Underground labs are notorious for using dbol and labeling it as anavar. It is always worth the money having what ever you plan on taking tested. You only get one body in this life.
Does anyone have a resource for testing products these days? I'm out of the loop.
 
I get bloat like crazy on dbol and get hard on anavar so before,my fiancias tried var from new lab I gave a bottle of it a go for 4 wks at 40mg a day, I bloated lije crazy instant,strength, turned out to be dbol !! Four wks of it,wont bother me but dont want the women taking it!!
Not the best test by any means but it worked few times for us
