anavar cycle finished - results

today i have finished my anavar only cycle:
total 6 weeks @30mg/day, spanish generics made by nova labs

weight: from 219lbs to 224 lbs
bf: from 15% to 12-13%

strenght went up after week 3, pumps were fantastic, i'm more
cut than ever and lost a good amount of abdominal fat. unfortunately i couldn't go to the gym in week 4, because i had catarrh.
all in all i'm very satisfied with my cycle, i reached the goals i was
looking for. next spring will do another anavar only cycle but
for 10 weeks @ 40mg/day.
in the first 2 weeks i noticed a decrease in appetit and little diarroeh. those were the only sides i had.

anvar is a good drug for those who want min sides, gain some lbs
lbm and cut. i really love it.

i hope i can get my hands on the original oxandrolone from italy
for the next cycle. would be interesting the difference between
the original and the generics.

-Yohimbe (not Yohimbine)
-Horny Goat Weed
-Viagra. It can be had for less than $0.50/tab if you know where to look, and you probably do.

Take one of each 3x/day.

You can find Oxa from Spa manufactured for other countrys with English print on it.

from spa. i'm working on him that he will sell them soon to me, lol.
as he told me he maybe will quit the use of as, he already sold me

Today is my last day on anavar. i have been taking 10mg tabs for 8 weeks. Been using 40mg ED (went up to 60mg for 1 week). I netted 11lbs, but probably lost a little fat so maybe gained more muscle than that. I think results could have been better but I strained my right hamstring in week2 and then once that healed I strained my left hamstring. Consequently I only lifte legs 3 times during the whole cycle. Therefore, I believe i could have gained more weight if i could have been working out legs. I also did little t no cardio since I had this leg problem.
