I am starting the 3rd week of an anavar only 50 mged cycle. I have seen some strength increases over the first two weeks, but nothing significant. My biggest complaint is that my bench press went DOWN from last week. I certainly didnt expect that mid cycle. I am splitting the workout up chest / back /off / legs / shoulders, tris/ off / bi's / (start over) - any sugestions? My workout partner is on the same program and his lifts arent going up a ton either? Am I just being way too impatient? Or should I be seeing good gains by now? I thoguth I read anavar gains kick in 4 days to a week and a half. At the very least I would think I would not go down!! Please help with some info/ thoughts. Thanks
