anavar cycle early results dissapointing?

I am starting the 3rd week of an anavar only 50 mged cycle. I have seen some strength increases over the first two weeks, but nothing significant. My biggest complaint is that my bench press went DOWN from last week. I certainly didnt expect that mid cycle. I am splitting the workout up chest / back /off / legs / shoulders, tris/ off / bi's / (start over) - any sugestions? My workout partner is on the same program and his lifts arent going up a ton either? Am I just being way too impatient? Or should I be seeing good gains by now? I thoguth I read anavar gains kick in 4 days to a week and a half. At the very least I would think I would not go down!! Please help with some info/ thoughts. Thanks
 
Don't sweat it. I have weeks where my strength goes down a little bit. Just keep doing what you're doing and have some patience, the gains will come. How long is this anavar cycle going to be?
 
How has the weight gain been(if any) ? What was your BF% before the cycle and what is it now ?

it is green and white, i assume brazil since that is where i got it from - bf may have gone down a little, but weight has stayed the same 5'9" , 189, 12%
 
Have you considered cutting down on your volume. Just because you are on an AAS does not mean you can ignore training and nutrition variables and expect strength/size gains. Have you used this routine in the past. I would suggest using the most productive routine you have ever used naturally, assuming you have been off of it for at least 16 weeks.
May not be the answer but is definitely worth considering.
 
Goog thoughts tombstone - i started this program when i got on the anavar - might go back to training 3-4 tims a week chest, shoulders,tris / back, bis / legs
 
Yeah, I don't think oxandrolone (or winny for that matter) do shit for my recuperation. Don't get me wrong, I like both of these, it's just that alone, they don't allow me to go balls out like test or dbol, etc.
 
My diet is good, on the weekdays - no t3, but diet is about to get a damn lot better- just ordered 20 cases (240 bottles) of the isopure ready to drink protein - will be supplementing with at least 3 a day, in addition to regualr intake

I, TxLonghorn, vow never to do another cycle again without fina. And that means test, too because you shouldn't run fina without test. And I like to run Eq with my test...and winny is good with fina.

Well, you get the idea, lol.
 
Jeez, if I see another post by longhorn extolling the virtues of fina I think you're going to name your first child's finn (boy) or finny (girl). lol
 
wk 3 = days 15-21 which is not mid cycle of a 60 day cycle. You said you were just starting the 3rd week so you are only 1/4 way in. I say give it a few more days and, like someone else said, dont overtrain on an anavar only cycle.
 
yep -my first - only other cycle i have done was anadrol only - 1 year ago - of course i lost those gains but it was fun as hell while on - dumb, but fun
 
yeah i have considered that - dont want to though - cost me $1250, so fake isnt something i want to think about - my workout partner is on it too, and he is a little more positive about it, says that we were thinking the same thing a year ago when on the anadrol , but then it kicked in and we exploded - i do have harded pumps, muscles feel full and "maybe" a little fat loss around the stomach, but it also could be that I have changed my workout program and the placebo effect of extra intensity in the gym - so who knows, - if I dont see massive strength gains in the next couple of weeks, there will be hell to pay for the source
 
Some people are reporting much greater gains on significantly less dosage of anavar when using the "real" 2.5 mg tabs instread of caps - could the excitement over the cheaper powdered caps be way overrated?
 
add test to all bro, Anavar alone is bullshit.Test ist life essence

thats what id suggest, before you were taking 8 days to get your whole body worked....

..how your sleep...as mentioned anavar wont help w/ recovery...might want to add a little test to help...

..and last AAS play that head game w/ you where you dont feel like your gaining when on them or think you havent gained as much as you really have or are hearing...but isnt funny how quickly you notice every little anything when coming off!!!!!

maybe adjust---but i wouldnt judge the cycle till your done and looking back at it.......
