Well, im nearing the end of my second week of my cycle:
40MG ** var ED for 8 weeks
15g creatine day for the duration
15g glutamine day for the duration
This is my first experience with AS so I was very excited. Nothing really happened in the first week. Not that I expected it to from what I'd read here. Second week was a different ball game!
At the start of cycle I weighed in at 12 stone 7 lbs. Im now sat at 12 stone 11 lbs after 2 weeks. Which is probably water from the creatine.
Pumps this week have been excellent. Like nothing ive experienced before. Im def starting to look much better and even though im carrying a little too much bf at the moment I can clearly see some cuts in my delts when I tense.
Biceps seem to have suddenly developed a peak
which Im loving. Didnt expect this but I aint complaining here!
Diet has been pretty poor due to an unexpected work load at work so have pretty much been living off MRP,whey shakes,chicken sandwiches in the day and steak and eggs and stuff in the evening... getting about 2100 cals at the moment (way to low) and getting 200g protein a day.
Im def more veiny in the forarm region and my biceps are finally developing evidence of veins.
The only problem im getting is major pumps in my shins when I walk or run... treadmill kills me... ive heard about this in Winny also.
So far so good. hopefully work will settle down next week and I can clean my diet up a lot and get more food down me. Results so far have been pleasing and only after 2 weeks!
