Make sure you keep enough quality carbs in evenly throughout the day and before workout. Too many people cut carbs too quickly and just go flat and lose muscle when trying to cut. Post workout a protein shake and some quick carbs like fruits and berries or white rice. Keep carbs low at night. Quality carbs, high protein, minimal fats and keep the intensity crazy high in the gym. I guess it depends how quickly you want to lose bodyfat, but slowly is always better because you will keep more muscle. Lower carbs as needed only. That's my 2 cents.

Other than that the diet looks good if you can stick to it.

ok so basically i could just move the apple from lunch to post workout and ill be good to go? thanks for the input, highly appreciated
