I'm spacing my anavar throughout the day. 10mg at a time for a total of 40mg. When is the best time to take creatine, or does it even matter? That being said, do you guys think a lot of the strengh gain people see when on anavar is from the creatine? I was on creatine before I started my anavar and I have not noticed the big strenth gains everyone has talked about. I can tell something is diff. and my workouts are great, but not the strengh gains I expected. Tomorrow begins my 3rd week and all I've read say that it hits you at 2 weeks, so maybe it's still coming? What do you guys think?
