I am a new to this great site, and would like some advice from all you experienced people.
I am 180 Lbs, 5'8' 24 years old Slender the only problem is the beer belly.
I am looking to do a cycle of Anavar/ Clan
the Anavar is on its way and i will be getting it towards the end of the month.
the Clen i have in liquid form and i had it open for about a year (i hope it doesn’t go bad)
I have been on a very good low carb (whole wheat) diet for 3 weeks and i work out with high raps and low weights 5 times a week, I have been doing this very steady without cheating for the past 3 weeks and i have lost 9 lbs (i was 189), I do feel really great the low carb diet consists of 3 meals 3 snack every 2 hours lots of protein, no carbs after 6. My main goal is to be cut (6 pack) and the target weight is 170. When I was 19 I did a cycle of Deca yellow tops, 3 months later did Feena and Prop in one bottle from Diamond labs, It was great at that time and the results were amazing however after that I had some pretty bad side effects Gyno, Sex drive was shot for about a year, depression, The only post items i took were clomid. As far as Gyno my dad has it and his dad had it so it was genetic but I am sure the sauce did not make it better.
Well anyway since then i completely shifted away from lifting and steroid use.
Have been lifting mildly, but now really getting back into it for health reasons, and would love to look shredded. lol
I would really like advise as to how to stack this mild cycle in what order and
What ever you guys recommend.
