Anavar & Appetite

I read that Anavar is supposed to surpress appetite. I've been at 20mg/day of Ttokkyo for the past 4 days and have been hungry as hell since. I've been downing protein every couple of hours, eat some fairly big meals and still seem to be hungry. What's the deal???
