I would take 10mg morning/10mgNoon/10mg4:00/10mg8:00. I worked out at 4:30 so i took the 1 dose at 4 right before i worked out. I was taking 15 gram's of Creatine. 5g in the morning/5g before work out/ 5g post workout with half a carbo force by ABB. I couldn't believe how strong i was. It felt like Dbol to me (but i haven't takin dbol in 3 yrs though) The strength was similiar but you don't pump up the same. I mean my pumps came as normal creatine pumps would come. But when i would take Xenadrine I was REALLY pissy. I couldn't control it very well. And after my 2nd wk and i got off i did feel suppressed. It took my test about a week & a half to get back to normal though.
