I want to put together a strength stack while I lose a lot of body fat.
I am 45 years old and 6'2" ans 265 lbs. I have around 24% bf that we
have come up with. My training history was really good from age 18 thru age 32
then from age 36 thru age 40. I have backed off with job and other
constraints on time for a few years and have let myself go in the wrong
direction. I lost hope I guess. I need hope to come back. My question
is this.......
If I follow a tight diet...the hardest thing to do.....and train at gym 5x week
and do cardio 7 days per week upon waking, how little dosages of
anavar and test enanthate would I need to run along with letrozole to
effect things positively strength wise while limiting carbs? I have
clomid for PCT.....is there anything else I am missing in my thoughts?
