I am not at my genetic potential, because I've been cutting for a year or so, down from orca fat. After this cutting cycle, I'm ready to bulk. I'm not sure whether that's going to involve gear or not (its hard to stop once you start...), but assuming it will, I was thinking perhaps my overall progress would be better if I got my strength up via a strength oriented workout, concentrating on bench presses, squats, and deads (and I'd hit every muscle in my body, with a workout intended to build strength), and then once I was reasonably happy with my one rep max on various exercises, start adding reps to build more muscle.
What do you guys think of running an Anavar or Winny cycle, for strength only, and then later running a bulking cycle on test, and whatever else I decided then?
Do you think this kind of stepping of things is a good idea?
