Anavar and Creatine

So Anavar stimulates phosphocreatine synthesis in the muscle cell. Does this have any relation to creatine? Would taking creatine while on Var improve the effectiveness of the Var... interfere with it... have no affect at all? Thnx

Here's some info on creatine. The part I'm interested in is "creatine in the muscle may also increase the rate of regeneration of phosphocreatine".

Creatine in the form of phosphocreatine (creatine phosphate) is an important store of energy in muscle cells. During intense exercise lasting around half a minute, phosphocreatine breaks down to creatine and phosphate, providing you with the primary source of energy, adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Output power drops as your cells deplete phosphocreatine, because the body cannot regenerate ATP fast enough to meet the demands of the exercise.

A bigger store of phosphocreatine in muscle reduces the depletion. Extra creatine in the muscle may also increase the rate of regeneration of phosphocreatine following repeated bursts of activity in training or in many sport competitions.

So, does Var help manufacture phosphocreatine? And if you add creatine to your Var cycle could it help the synthesis become more efficient (effective)?

i found it to be a nasty combo with var. unbelievalbe strength gains! good size too.

actually i'm starting to add 20mg of creatine to my anavar after workout 2night. I'll post in a few days how it goes!!!

(btw: this is PURE creatine. not cell tech type shit which is creatine, plus 50g of all kinds of other crap).

ADP + Phospate = ATP

ADP = Adenosine DI-Phosphate(2 Phosphates)
ATP = Adenosine TRI-Phosphate(3 Phosphates)

The theory is that Oxandrolone increases the amount of phosphates available for ATP synthesis, giving you greater strength.

You first have to understand that no biological process is 100% effective. Quite the opposite, they are always quite ineffective.

Ok, now we add Creatine Phosphate to the mix.

W/o Oxandrolone, Creatine Phosphate use does the exact same thing as Ox. it donates a phosphate to the ADP-ATP synthesis, creating more ATP.

ADP + Phosphate fro Creatine P. = ATP

Now, what nobody really knows is that if you add Creatine to Ox, you get a synergisitc increase in the ADP-ATP synthesis. This has yet to be proven.

Now, there are 2 empirical scenarios.

If the increase in ADP-ATP synthesis caused by the Ox is smaller than that caused by the Creatine, then you will get some benefit.

If the increase in ADP-ATP synthesis caused by the Ox is bigger that that caused by creatine, you won't get any benefit.

The problem here is, that you simply don't know which scenario is true because different people have totally different responses to ox and to creatine. So we're left with the old trial and error scenario. Try them both. And whichever works best....well then that's the one for you.

Not overly scientific I'll grant you. :)
