How much creatine with Anavar??
im going to use 30mg of Anavar and 200mg of Primobolan this summer after a show to remain lean and hard.
i hear good things about anavar and creatine. how much creatine.
ive used it in the past at 20g per day for 5 days then 10g per day thereafter.
also and tricks or brand names that would lessen the GI side effects of creatine. it gave me gas and bloated my stomach.
i tried a search first but couldnt find any numbers only opinions that anavar and creatine work well together.
