anavar and creatine

I'm dieting down as many of you all know and it's going great, loving every meal of it :) I am currently taking 10mg of anavar and was wondering if I should add in the creatine or not? Will it cause a bloat, or should I take it? or any ideas at all on taking it while leaning out? :)
 
I think TV3 asked that same question ..... she started a thread about it with Phem's name in it.....she and pumpgirl answered and I believe they both took the creatine with the ana.......
 
Im trying to lean out too girl, so im gonna stick with just ox. You get more of a bloat from what ive learned, or heard with the creatine and ox.
 
I was going to say no.....the three of us are cutting.....and BG seems to be the only one truly enjoying it :D I am in hell :mad:

I havn't cheated once since I started, not even tic tac, it's been 5 weeks and I could not imagine cheating. Just made my husband a peanut butter chocolate pie, didn't even think of licking my fingers :)
 
Thats great BG..... I'm two weeks on clean eating.....and did have one m&m that fell on the floor of my car, while my son was eating them.....and it was heaven sent :angel:
 
Take the creatine with the OX and maximize the muscle growth.

Honestly, so many of you limit your gains while on a cycle with either too restrictive of a diet or cutting out critical supplements like creatine and glutamine.

To hell with the bloating and bulking bullshit. It's water or fat if you're not watching what you eat, stop the creatine a week or two before a show if you're worried about water, but maximize the anabolic potential of the steroid.

Man, you ladies drive me nuts with this bloat, bloat, bloat stuff. Use a herbal diuretic if it really bothers you, but don't restrict your progress. Geeezzzzzz, never seen so many people juice then shoot themselves in the "growth" foot with anal BB tendencies.

ha ha... i'm cutting right now, too. meanwhile my boyfriend is bulking. he keeps saying he's jealous of me cuz he's sick of eating.. the JERK :bawling: whenever i complain i'm hungry he says he wishes her were hungry so he could eat more :)

U go BG - i started a month ago and it was ruff getting through the holidays w/o cheating a lil, but now i'm back on track :)

Because some of you are WAY to anal about little things (diet issues) that wear you out psychologically, but mean little physiologically. Worry about other things (i.e., making money, family, school, having a little fun, etc.)

Creatine 5 g 2x per day should be plenty. Don't need to load. One dose in the am and one in the pm, with food if you want and plenty of water. May even be able to get by with less than that.

Ohhhh....I do have a little fun ; thats why I ate that one measly m&m before it hit the floor in the car :D Kids thought mommy was so funny ............. :)

W6 (or anyone who wants to weigh in):

Why not load? Just curious, since the package I was considering buying today says to load at 5g 4x/day for six days. This would be the first time I've ever heard anyone recommend using LESS than the recommended dose of a supp, lol.

If you read the literature, you'll find that after a couple of days of loading, you start to dump much of the creatine. In a guy that weights 100+ kg, 2-3 days of loading might help, but otherwise, 5g x 2x/d should be more than enough.

6 days of loading is overkill. But, the more you use, the more you buy, so it would make sense from a marketing perspective to tell you to use more. $$$$

The physique culture is an easy one to make money on. They could market horse shit and say it enhances something and people would buy it, at least for a while. The supplement companies sell hope, as in you hope whatever they sell you will do what it says on the label. Then the supplement companies hope for the placebo effect and that you keep buying their products and talk about them on the boards. $$$$$ Just read all the threads of people asking about this and that.

Add the creatine to your "supplement regiment." It works very well, and yes without the bloat. TRUST ME i'm on them both as we speak ;)
 
i used var for a cut and didnt use creatine..though i will when i do a bulk. i ran var/nolva/eca and it worked great..i upped var to 15 with no sides at all.....just good ones!
 
Miss Brickgirl... unending source of both inspiration and motivation... helped me and mine out years ago...

Shads, have you heard from her in past year? Last i had word was fall of '05....
