Anavar 50mg How do I take it? Divided

Do I divide the doses throughout the day or just take all 50 mg at once. They are 10 mg per serving : )

I take 1 in the morn , 1before training , 1 at bed i dont take it
all at once because i take alot .

i am currently on 50mg var ed as the kickstarting component of my cycle. 10mg tabs. 1 in the morning, 2 before gym, 2 before bed. Always after eating as this helps absorption.

anavar has a 1/2 life of roughly 8 hours so you would want to at least split the daily dose into 2 morning/evening

or even better by 3's, morning, evening, before bed
