anatomy question

I have this doubt related to what i think is triceps:
When you contract the triceps, and bettwen the lateral head and the long head, right above the elbow there is some muscle, is it triceps? i hope i am making myself understand here.

The part i am talking about seems to be the white part in the drawing above the elbow.

Can anyone tell me if it is still the triceps?
I know anathomy isn't my strong point.

yes it is part of the triceps. I think it's called the medial head.

yes. its the medial head of the triceps.. That's why its called 'triceps' i.e. Tri(3) muslces...
