.5mg/day.Unfortunately with deca in there,you may have bloat/gyno symptoms that aren't estrogen related,which anastrozole will do nothing for if they occur.

if I run winny with the stack will that be enought to stop progesterone related bloat and gyno from deca?

winny has been thought to help with gyno from deca -no sure about bloat tho. run it 50mgs ed witht the deca if your getting gyno signs. i would get bromo if i were u tho if u r really concerned

But 400mg's Deca per week its not that high of a dose to cause progesterone problems.
My last cycle was the same as the one posted above and just arimidex got the job done.
No gyno or water retention.
I've used deca once (300 mg/week) and it blew me up like a balloon. The ONLY reason I would use it again would be to alleviate severe joint pain (which I sometimes have, being so old and all
