50 mg/ed to start with. Some go as high as 150 mg. I wouldn't recommend it because it is so toxic to your liver. You sure the benefits outweigh the sides on this product?

50-100mg a day.

I took 50 in the AM as soon as I woke up, then 50 more in the PM right before bed.
If you are taking 50/day then just divide 25 twice per day.
