sloppy was a poor choice of words. More like a litte thick. My diet is very very strict. Eventhough it may seem like alot of food, it is all clean carbs and protein. It was a very time consuming process trying to figure out how many carbs and cals my body can handle but I have finally figured it out.
My training is hard to explain cause its so unique. I basically do very few sets but all to failure. When i say failure I mean to the point where i want to puke. Take bis and tris for example. I only do 4 sets total for each plus drop sets when needed. I do each part once a week. I am big on eating and rest.
