Not take away anything from EF, but for those who don't belong already, check out The Anabolic World. It's a good bunch of guys and a great board, could just use a little more traffic. There are a lot of guys (and I look towards the mods on that comment espaecially) with great knowledge who do a fine job helping others. Just trying to to help get people with a lot of knowledge possibly helping out at other neighborhoods now and again. I hope no one takes offense to this post. www.theanabolicworld.com. Later.
