anabolics 2005 book critique

As a fairly ignorant student of AAS, I've started reading William Llewellyn's book titled, "Anabolics 2005". I consider this a prerequisite before joining the dark side. I'd like to get some feedback from those of you who've used this book as a reference.

Additionally, I've become fairly frustrated at getting a simple answer to the following 3 questions. During a bulking/mass cycle, what is the recommended percentage breakdown of protein, complex carbs and fat. (e.g. 20% fat, 50% complex carbs, 30% protein)?

Furthermore, can somebody recommend a source charting caloric intake and bodyweight during a bulking/mass cycle? (e.g. ectomorph somatotype: 185 lb bodyweight = 3500 cal/day)

Finally, I've recently concluded my first cycle consisting of Halodrol/Orastan with respectable results. Since the product has been discontinued, I haven't decided which newbie AAS cycle would be appropriate. (e.g. Equipoise 250 mg/wk 1-10 combined with Test. Enanthate 250 mg/wk 2-11)

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

You may want to read at:
www.steroidtips.com
before reading the book, which is excellent but too long and confusing to a novice.

Eat more protein and less fat if you can.

The equipoise/test you suggest is ok but too long, best some 8 weeks, if you arent gaining muscle in week 8, why continue?
Make sure you use some 10-20 mg/day nolvadex to prevent gynecomastia

It's a great book. I got a copy for free, actually...

I've e-mail'ed with the author a few times and he seems like a good dude...he congratulated me on getting my own book on Anabolics published and wished me good luck. Those who have something bad to say about him or his book don't know what they're talking about....

Exactly!

Easy to badmouth anabolics 2005...it's a great addition to the bodybuilding community and is a benefit to all that read it.

Regarding your question about caloric intake in accordance to body weight:

IMO: There is NO exact science. There are far too many variables. Every individuals body metabolizes nutrients in a slightly different way (in regards to being sensative to carbs and fats, ect.) and overal metabolic rate. Every individual is different... take a bulking eating cycle in strides. Start slow, and keep going until you notice fat depositing, then increase your cardio and maintain calories... or decrease a little bit, experiment... make it fun. I hope that helps.

i would just try out 500 Test E /w for your first cycle...i personally do 40-45% protien, 40-45% carbs, and 10-20% fats i keep this diet when im bulking or cutting, the only thing that changes is the calories
keep the protien about 1.5-2g per pound of bodywieght
if you go with the 1.5 of protien you should be eating about 3500 cals a day and if you go with the 2 grams you will be eating about 4625 cals a day
I would try to eat in between the two allowing you some room for error

Let me ask this: is the book another regurgitation of the same recycled descriptions that we see copied and pasted from one website to another, many for example plagiarized out of Bill Phillips' Anabolic Reference Guide or Dan Duchaine's Steroid Bible II? Or is it independently researched? New and cutting edge? If the latter, how come the many websites that have steroid profiles don't plagiarize Llewellyn's books, like Anabolics 2005?

The Anabolic 200_ was the first book of any kind that i read about juice when i started working out. I owe alot to it. From spoting fakes to advanced cycles!

WL= Good bro!
