Has anyone used it? If so how did you like it? And please put up any reference sites or material.
I've heard about Dr Pasquale (? spelling) diet. I think he calls it Metabolic diet. It seems to be like the anabolic diet.
On these diets it is a high fat and protein on most days and then high carb on the others. I'm just wondering if it's a good diet to be on if your not a athlete. i do weights 3 days a week and martial arts at least 3 times a week for an hour each class.
Would it work for me?
Any info would be appreciated.
