Anabolic Diet?

I did a search and saw many mixed results? I was just wondering if any bro's would recommend this diet? The reason I ask is that I've been doing a CKD and not only have alot of energy, but have added muscle while losing fat. I seem to do better on this kind of diet then one based on cabs. So has anyone else gotten good results with the anabolic diet? Or bad let me know?

Different people have different results with different diets. I've tried CKD - Not for me thanks. The though of it now scares me. I'm 60-30-10 now, 5 meals a day of the low glycemic index kind, except right after workouts, and I do fine. Have plenty of energy, especially at night. In fact, I wouldn't consider this to be a diet. I would consider it to be eating fundamentally proper. I have reached bodyfat plateaus with this way of eating, but i've noticed that these plateaus aren't as long lasting or showstopping as muscle growth plateaus, mainly because, IMO, genetic and testestrone limitations.

Personally, fuel is fuel, whether it comes in glycogen or ketones. I mention this in a thread I started, "Glycogen or Fat, Whats the difference?" I was actually shocked to read a few that agreed with me. Since I don't compete for contests, I try to eat sound and excercise. I figure things will fall in place and they do seem to be doing just that. And I don't have to worry about a special diet that I have to try for 2 months and then go back to NORMAL eating. My only complaint is that my "Bodyfat Reduction" progress just has a tendency to inexplicably come in clusters, thats all.
