Hey guys i have just finished reading "The anabolic Diet"
It is a Fantastic book but the only problem is i am having trouble with setting up my Diet any help would be appreciated .
Here what i need and btw the total need of my cal needed in a day to increase mass is 4175 .
During the week i could go 6-7 meals a day
and the the total ratio for is going to be : 33.3% protein 66.2% fat 1.3 %carb.
On weeks ends : 6-7 meals is fine too
the ratio is going to be 19.6% protein 61% carb 20% fat
PS: for people who dont know Anabolic diet is HIGH FAT diet
