Research conducted within the last 10 years provides a causal relationship between the teratogenicity (ability to cause birth defects) of ephedrine and its consumption during the first trimester of pregnancy. In addition, consumption of caffeine in conjunction with ephedrine during the first trimester of pregnancy further increases the potential for birth defects such as cardiovascular and limb malformations/abnormalities.


I'm just worried about Ronnie Coleman's baby. Ronnie looks to be about 7 months along...hope he didn't use an ECA stack during his first trimester.
