An As Causing Least Acne?

I know the general answer to this, but a friend wants to know what he can do that will give the least sides of acne

I told him that since he is already prone to acne-most of his cycles have yield some side of acne-that I was sure he would be suceptable to acne with almost any AS.

Guys any suggestions?
